    Self sabotage is rampant! We see it in ourselves and friends, clients.. I frequently argue with myself about getting to CrossFit… 20 minute drive each way, really don’t feel like messing with it, etc. etc. Most of the time I go anyway and after the first five minutes, I always end up feeling better – mentally as much as physically. Just the pure fact of “doing it” – and especially when I look around and see I’m always the oldest in the class!

      thanks Walt, I really appreciate these videos. They are keeping me sane. I couldn’t even begin to tell you the many sources of pressure and stress that are in my life now and in fact I don’t think anyone would believe it. Although one of my friends recently said she didn’t know how I wasn’t on valium at the moment which made me laugh
      anyway, videos and messages like yours keep me going through the tough times
