What is your definition of success?
$30 million in the bank?
A villa in Tuscany?
A 60′ yacht?
A published book?
Awesome health?
An amazing relationship?
Achievement junkies have a tendency to go after a goal, check the box, and then… go after the next one. Without stopping; without lingering; without acknowledging. Without any sense of appreciation or self-affirmation.
And the problem with having a thing or a bank balance as your measure of success is that it’s easy to keep moving the target further out… always wanting more… never really knowing if you’ve achieved “enough.”
There’s no “right” measure of success.
It’s just useful to know what it is for you.
So you don’t miss it.
