I’m pretty certain that when Spencer Johnson wrote his classic book on change and change management, Who Moved My Cheese?, he should have included me as a case study. I’m not fond of change. I don’t like it when my cheese gets moved.

Daily practices, daily disciplines ground us.

Find a way to do them, to incorporate them into your busy life, no matter what.

    Such a timely and pertinent reminder, Walt. I have been quite awful – allowing my daily practices to slide over the last few weeks. Having a one year old granddaughter in a tiny new house is no excuse… We keep getting back on the train…
